New Clients, please fill out the client registration form and the form below, You will be asked to make a deposit of $97 for the first exam to secure the appointment slot. It is fully refundable if you cancel with more than 24 hour notice from the appointment time.

Telemedicine appointments- are available in situations where a pet has been examined within the past year by us. A full physical exam is not possible during those appointments and hence those are better suited for ongoing cases and yet may require bringing the pet in after such visit, for a test or exam.
