Our prices are in line with other hospitals in the area. Our goal is to offer quality care at a standard price. For example we purchase vaccines that are efficacious and also less likely to elicit a vaccination reaction instead of the least costly in the market. We also offer a range of blood panels that better suits the situation at hand. We offer a treatment plan but will not push for services. We provide you with the information and you decide how you would like to proceed. Our goal is to give you advice on how to keep your pet healthy.
During your office visit, we will provide you with a treatment plan which includes every item, so you can decide what is best for your situation.
We do not have membership plans so that you are free to seek care anywhere and not be tied to one practice. There are times you may need to see a specialist such as an ophthalmologist or an oncologist for example. We do provide telemedicine but do feel it is best left for discussing ongoing cases. Pets cannot tell us how they feel and a proper physical exam just cannot be performed remotely. We have seen conditions that would have been missed had we relied on an image on a screen.

Health Certificates-
We do fill out health certificates for travel for our patients. If we have never seen your pet before and you require an international certificate, you need to make an appointment for us to examine your pet and go through all your paperwork (particularly microchip information, vaccinations and past medical records). Please bring all the information to the appointment, including who will be traveling with the pet, travel dates, airline and if cabin or cargo, address in USA and the destination, any layovers or other pertinent information. DURING THIS APPOINTMENT we can decide if you have time to make your travel dates and make a timeline for all the steps. IT IS EXPENSIVE to travel with your pet internationally and it does take time and can be stressful. Most veterinarians no longer provide international health certificates and we have considered not offering this service to patients that are not currently in our system.
A rabies titer could be required that can take a month for results. There are times a rabies titer is not adequate and need more vaccinations and rechecking titers. So it is very important to PLAN WAY AHEAD and not make the appointment a few weeks prior to travel.
COSTS: Initial Office VIsit: $110, recheck visits: $86.
Domestic Health Certificate (Filling out form): $116
International Health Certificate and also Hawaii Health Certificate (Filling out form): $249

This is an example of the most typical charges but not all inclusive and depends if additional pets, additional tests or vaccinations. PLEASE let us know if you need a CDC return form or additional forms required by the airline. We provide the health certificate to leave the USA and the CDC form for easier return but the health certificate for the return will be performed by a veterinarian at the country of departure.
